Expertise Pays vs Kajabi

Kajabi alternative: the same all-in-one bet, at a lower floor

Kajabi made the all-in-one category what it is, and it is a good product. The difference here is what you pay to get the same job done: courses, storefront, funnels, email and AI in one subscription at a materially lower floor, with 0% of your sales. Take the free trial and compare against your current bill — that is a more honest test than any feature table.

So which one should you pick?

We are not going to pretend we suit everyone. See which side sounds more like you.

Pick Kajabi if…

  • Community is the core of your business model and you need a mature forum and events.
  • You rely on their template library and ecosystem, and switching costs more than it saves.
  • Budget genuinely is not a constraint and you would rather pay for the most established product in the category.

We are the better fit if…

  • The monthly cost matters to you — this does the same job for less, and you can prove it in the free trial before paying anything.
  • You want a storefront for physical products next to your courses.
  • You want to consolidate a stack of separate subscriptions into one.

FAQ

Is this just a cheaper Kajabi clone?

No. The overlap is real — both are all-in-one — but the priorities differ. We put a lot of work into local payments, tax invoicing and physical-goods commerce, which Kajabi does not target. They put work into community, which we treat more lightly. Choose by which of those you actually need.

Can I import my Kajabi content?

There is no Kajabi-specific importer — whole-site migration covers WordPress and systeme.io. Your students do transfer easily though: export them to CSV and use the bulk student import, which creates accounts and grants course access in one pass. Courses, lessons and pages are rebuilt in the admin and page builder, which is true of any platform move. Set up 301 redirects from your old URLs so you keep your rankings.

What about community features?

We have member tiers, gated content and per-tier pricing, but not a full forum product. If your business runs on daily community interaction, be honest with yourself about that gap before switching.

Try it first, then decide about switching

Every feature free for 7 days, no long-term contract. Put your current bill next to ours — that is a better test than any comparison table. During migration, the 301 redirect tool keeps the rankings you already earned.
